Hair products (bundles, closures, frontals, lashes): Due to hygiene and quality, these cannot be returned once opened.

Accessories (bonnets, scarves, edge bands): May be returned within 7 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide a replacement or full refund if verified.
