    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Domestic shipping is provided via USPS or FedEx, depending on order size.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping addresses are provided.

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee applies)

    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kreations by Kashell is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or natural events.

    • Hair products (bundles, closures, frontals, lashes): Due to hygiene and quality, these cannot be returned once opened.

    • Accessories (bonnets, scarves, edge bands): May be returned within 7 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide a replacement or full refund if verified.

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt of eligible items.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
