Please provide accurate service details and contact information so we can allocate the correct time for your appointment.

Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or text—please review them carefully.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% for all appointment services or full payment is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Accepted forms of deposits are: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card.

Full payment is expected upon service completion unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. The remaining payment should be paid with cash at the time of your appointment.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits and could impact your ability to book future appointments.

Emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis—please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Arriving late may shorten your service to accommodate other clients. Full service price still applies.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

Arrive with clean hair when possible, especially for color or extension services.

Disclose allergies, sensitivities, or scalp/skin conditions before your service begins.

Children must be supervised at all times in the salon. However, it is suggested you find alternative childcare during your appointment.

Follow aftercare instructions provided by your stylist to maintain results.

Kreations by Kashell is not liable for allergic reactions, hair breakage due to prior chemical treatments, or damage caused by improper at-home care.

Clients assume responsibility for following aftercare instructions to maintain their results.
